Public Safety Armory is owned an operated by a 10 year veteran of the United States Air Force Security Forces.  With 17 years serving as a full-time Federal Law Enforcement Officer.

We specialize in the building, customization, and sale of reliable firearms and accessories for the Law Enforcement Officer, WarFighter, Survivalist, Collector, of Everyday Carrier (EDC).

Consignments

Public Safety Armory will sell your MA State compliant firearm for you.  We will advertise your firearm online and in-store, along with completing all applicable Federal and State paperwork. 

 

A 15% fee is charged for firearms selling for less then $1000 and 10% for firearms greater then $1000.

Consignments are for a minimum of 30 days.  Due to the paperwork involved to process a firearm, there is a $10 fee if you decide, at any time, to take your firearm back.  Federal law requires a Form 4473 and a NICS check be completed on consignment firearms being returned to the owner.

Transfers

There is a $35 transfer fee per Form 4473 and NICS background check.  If you're transferring multiple firearms there is a $10 fee for each additional firearm.  (example: three firearms is $55)
